Last updated 16 September 2026
About these terms
This website is operated by OTT Development & Construction Ltd ("OTT", "we", "us"). By using the website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information only
The website provides general information about OTT, its services and its work. It is not professional, technical, financial or legal advice, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any decision without speaking to us directly.
We aim to keep the content accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from error, and we may change or remove content at any time without notice.
No offer, quotation or contract
Nothing on the website is an offer, a quotation, a tender or a commitment to provide any service, product or price. Sending an enquiry does not create a contract or any obligation on either side. Any engagement with OTT is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.
Project information
Descriptions of projects, capabilities, scopes of involvement, suppliers and partners are summaries provided for information. Project details, including status, scope and imagery, are subject to confirmation and may change. Where the website describes experience gained before OTT was formed, or work in which OTT's role is limited to particular areas, it says so, and it should not be read as a claim of wider responsibility.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of the website, including text, the OTT name and monogram, graphics, illustrations, photographs and layout, is owned by or licensed to OTT and is protected by intellectual property laws. Third party names and marks belong to their respective owners.
You may view the website and print or save individual pages for your own reference or for considering a business relationship with OTT. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or use any content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
Acceptable use
When using the website you must not:
- use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- submit enquiries that are false, abusive, or sent on behalf of someone else without their authority;
- send unsolicited marketing, spam or automated submissions through the enquiry form;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its hosting or connected systems, or interfere with their operation;
- introduce malicious code, or scrape or harvest content or data by automated means.
Third party services and links
The website relies on third party services, such as hosting and email delivery, to operate. If the website links to other websites, those links are provided for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for third party websites or services, their content or their availability.
Availability and liability
We do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted or free from viruses or other harmful components, and we may suspend or withdraw it at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, OTT is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or reliance on, the website or its content. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Nigeria.
Privacy
Personal data submitted through the website is handled as described in the Privacy notice.
Governing law
These terms and any matter arising from use of the website are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute, without preventing either party from seeking relief in another court where the law allows.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they were last revised, and continued use of the website means you accept the current version.
Questions about these terms can be sent to info@ottconstruction.ng.
