Nicole Shuler

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Nicole Shuler is the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of OTT Development & Construction Ltd. Her experience overseeing a substantial hospitality development exposed her firsthand to the consequences of fragmented procurement, construction coordination and delivery accountability.

Through development oversight, procurement and project delivery, she saw the need for a more integrated structure — one that connects technical requirements, sourcing, execution and accountability under clear responsibility. OTT was created from that experience.

Her focus is on development leadership, procurement discipline, project oversight, and assembling the right consultants, manufacturers, suppliers and specialist contractors around each project to deliver with greater control and accountability.
