Why OTT exists

Nicole Shuler's experience overseeing a hospitality development of this scale exposed, at first hand, the consequences of fragmented procurement, construction coordination, technical delivery and accountability.

That experience contributed directly to why OTT was created — as an integrated structure that connects technical requirements, sourcing, execution and accountability under clear responsibility.

Generators, elevators, tiles, marble, granite, furniture, commercial kitchens, bedding, tableware and other hotel materials and operating requirements.

Coordination of supply into the programme, from order through to arrival and acceptance on site.

Pavers, parking areas and walkways — current direct execution, an expanding area of OTT's own delivery.
