Procurement
Global sourcing. Local delivery.
OTT integrates sourcing directly into project delivery — connecting approved manufacturers, technical specifications, quality verification, international logistics and final site acceptance within one controlled procurement chain.

02Procurement process
One controlled chain, from specification to site acceptance
Seven gates, not seven hand-offs. Each has to be satisfied before the next begins, and the same chain is applied to a reinforcement package and to a hotel's operating equipment. It is what makes procurement auditable rather than transactional.
- 01
Specification
Drawings, technical requirements and performance criteria define the item before any manufacturer is approached.
- 02
Manufacturer
Approved manufacturers are identified and qualified against the specification, across Nigerian and international markets.
- 03
Technical Approval
Submittals, samples, drawings and certifications are approved against the specification before an order is placed.
Procurement decisions are driven by specification, performance, quality and lifecycle value — not price alone.
- 04
Independent Inspection
Verification that what will ship is what was approved — carried out independently of the manufacturer, before release.
- 05
Commercial Control
Terms, payment stages and factory-direct pricing are settled against a technically approved and inspected item.
- 06
Logistics / Customs / Delivery
Freight, documentation, customs clearance and inland delivery are managed through to the site gate.
- 07
Site QA/QC
Condition, quantity and compliance are checked against the approved specification on arrival, before acceptance.
03Working with OTT
Procurement for OTT projects and for third parties
OTT procures for its own projects and for developers, contractors and operators who need direct manufacturer engagement, technical evaluation and delivery management. Sourcing is factory-direct wherever practical.
Enquiries are best supported by drawings, specifications or a schedule of requirements — the process begins there.
